This site is actually a network of sites all wrapped up under one roof. They call it the Jerked Network and with it you get access to 40 different sites with one password. The tour does a very good job of showing you what all you get access to when you join. There is a nice variety of sites here and it looks like most, if not all of the content is exclusive.
